Bandwidth Allocation upgrade is available - (charged for the whole month when it is required) at the following rates:

• An additional 1GB Bandwidth will be charged at AU$ 10.00 per month (+ GST).
• or an additional 3GB of Bandwidth (Total of 4GB) for AU$ 25 / month

• IF the 1GB allocation is reached prior to the end of the month these accounts will be upgraded automatically to M2+ / M3+ [ 2GB ] (unless you have asked this NOT to be done !). This will prevent your account from being unavailable for the rest of that month.
• There are two levels of additional Bandwidth allocations available with the M 2 & M 3 services:
  • up to 5GB of downloads add AU$ 35.00 and
  • up to 10GB of downloads add AU$ 60.00 per month to the base Hosting fee.

All Bandwidth fees (like Hosting Fees and Domain Registrations) are payable in advance.

• When a client establishes a new account – the 1st month is "a trial period" - establishing the base bandwidth requirement
• If the requirement is higher than the plans allocation (ie 1GB) the bandwidth allocation will be charged at the level established during the trial month for the three monthly periods (including the month of trial). NOTE: - 98% of all websites hosted on our service require less than 1GB bandwidth per month
• Yearly payment discounts may apply by prior arrangement.
• All upgrades to the next level apply from the first of the month in which an upgrade is required and will be charged for three months at the new base rate (commencing with the month the increase is required).

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars [ AU$ ] ex GST.
A client based in Australia should add 10% GST to the above values.

• a Credit Card is required for all accounts
• Your Credit Card will be charged with the appropriate amount the last week of any month prior to the next period falling due.
• An e-mail Account / Statement will be issued at that time.
• Hardcopy invoicing prior to payment deduction is available for an extra Bookkeeping fee.
• Other payment methods are only available for Yearly Pre Paid Accounts with prior arrangement.
• Payments MUST be received at our Office prior to the due date or your hosting may be suspended [this would include the use of your e-mail account(s)].

AVIP will not be responsible for losses if Services are terminated and we have a NO Refund policy for violations of AVIP policies.
